L

oïc Faure is a juggler, an acrobat with a clownish look, a Circus Man, a playful character, shy or crazy, funny and offbeat, a “ball stuntman”.

A Périgord child of Basque, Spanish, Breton and Yugoslav origin, he joined the flat country to complete his training at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque de Bruxelles. His sports background (rugby, athletics, climbing…) and his artistic training (ESAC, circus school in Bordeaux, Théâtre Gestuel et Mouvement in Angers) have helped him perfect a singular technique that combines the fluidity of movement and the theatricality of the body. Since then, he has never ceased to want to surprise the audience, to share a joyful and generous extravagance.

He founded the Loïc Faure company in 2013 in Brussels to run his own projects. After the creation of a solo, Hom(m), in 2015, Loïc Faure continues his stage experiments around the questions of limits, boxes in which we put away, boxes that enclose, cages that sometimes liberate, with his second show CLOS (November 2018), a piece for three acrobats and two musicians. At the same time, Loïc created the show Jetlag with the Chaliwaté Company (November 2015).

He co-wrote and performed the show Post-H, an augmented juggling solo with the Compagnie Ikari (France), creation 2021/2022.

In parallel to his creative projects, he orchestrates large-scale cultural mediation projects, responds to invitations for cartes blanches, or for the staging of acts/shows.
